Q. My order has not arrived yet.
A. All orders are sent using Australia Post and take approximately 4-5 business days when posting from state to state. All orders are sent from NSW.

Q. Do I need to wash my wrap before use?
A. It is advisable to wash every product you purchase prior to use.
Q. I do not have a pay-pal account, can I still order a wrap?
A. If you do not have a pay pal account, by all means please feel free to email or telephone Chris to discuss order and arrange payment via money order. However, we do recomend paypal as it is free and it enables you to send payments to anyone with a valid email address.
Q. I have ordered a customized wrap, where will the embroided name be displayed?
A. All personalised wraps will be embroidered in one corner of the wrap.
Q. How much is the postage?
A. $5.95 as per Post Charges published in March 2009.
